A Corner full of Characters,Love of Mallacoota

Despite the presence of this huge lighthouse, heavy seas, poor naviĀ­gation and a combination of both, have brought many ships to grief. If men will go down to the sea in ships then some are bound to get wet.

Green Cape lighthouse, to the north of Gabo, is a sturdy structure thrust out on a rocky neck of land gnawed by a ceaseless sea. Huge rocks lay strewn at the foot of the cliffs, silent reminders of power beyond us all.
