Not far from this point in an even more remote location, Alan has reached his Utopia. Alan distinguished himself as a pilot in the Second World War and although books have been written about his deeds and a bronze statuette of himself can be found in Canberra, he refuses to dis­cuss that topic and prefers to suck on his pipe as answer to such ques­tions. Alan is a man of peace and at peace he wishes to remain.
